FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS BEFORE TOUR:
 

HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKES TO HAVE THIS TOUR?

The Tour is splited into two parts - First located in Auschwitz , Oświęcim camp takes around 2 hours in most. Second part in Birkenau Brzezinka shouldn't take longer than 1 hour, so its around 3,5 hour in total with time to switch between (without breaks longer than 5-10mins). Way back to Cracow is around 90minutes.

ARE THERE ANY STOPS BEFORE WE REACH AUSCHWITZ BIRKENAU MUSEUM?

No. Unfortunetly there are no sheudled stops on the way, but if there are any extraordinary situation - let know about it to Your Driver and/or Tour Leader as soon as possible. Please have in mind that according to Polish LAW Buses and Couches are not allowed to stop instantly everywhere.

IS IT ALLOWED TO EAT FOOD AND DRINK OPEN CANS or CUPS DURING DRIVE IN A MOVING VEHICLE/BUS?

No. Unfortunetly according to POLISH TRANSPORTATION LAW its not allowed to eat meals, food or even snacks during tourism or public transport drive, as it might occur in chocking during even light breaking.

IF I WILL MAKE SOME TERRIBLE MESS - how much i will be charged for DEEP CLEANIG of car/bus?

If You wont be able to clean Your thrash/mess during or after drive to avoid civil prosecution of car/bus pernament / temporary damage most Car/Bus owners and drivers agree to settle situation amicably by covering expenses range from 10 to 150 euro dependence of each specific situation.

 

 

 

IF U ARE DRUNK OR BEHAVE AGRESSIVE TO OTHER PARTICIPANTS OR ANYONE ELSE - GET PREPARED TO BE KICKED OUT ANYTIME ANYWHERE AS SOON AS I WILL NOTICE THAT. (that are my personal rules, not necceserly any terms and coditions that most likely you also agreed to obey)

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS AND MAPS:

AUSCHWITZ / OŚWIĘCIM:
BEFORE ENTRANCE / AFTER ARRIVAL AT CAR PARK / PARKING LOT

0. PLEASE HAVE STICKERS IN VISIBLE PLACE ON YOUR CLOTHES!

1. FIRST MEETING

after around 10 minutes after arrival at parking lot IN FRONT OF ATM/CASHMASHINE

2. when Our Guide/s will be ready (and I will have everything/everyone ready), i will show up (SO HAVE PATIENCE, its better for us to wait, than opposite) and ASK YOU TO GO TO ENTRANCE or queue/lane.

3. SECURITY CHECK -

please have YOUR TICKETS AND DOCUMENTS/ID/CARD prepared AT HAND!

4. SCAN GATES - list of forbidden things:

alcohol drinks,metal, sharp objects, firerms, explosives, forks, knifes, etc.  EATING FOOD, SMOKING (vaping,etc), BEING DRUNK, Open CANS/CUPS with for example coffe.

Its allowed to have bootled drinks/water that You can twist on/off.

5. After security check, group will gather and wait for everyone to process checkup, and ONCE AGAIN TICKETS WILL BE NEEDED HERE, so keep them at hand. When TOUR GUIDE (museum employee) will ask You to follow - from this point Tour itself starts and shouldnt take longer than around 1hour 40 minutes. You will proceed through one more gates where u need tickets to be scanned, and further to basement where at the desk museum employee will provide You with audio system (headphones + receiver).

you need to get to Birkenau CAMP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

After reaching

BIRKENAU/BRZEZINKA:

 

0. FOLLOW MY LEAD from Parking lot/Car park to Entrance of the museum.

1. Stay close to Guide during Tour,

as the Brzezinka/Birkenau Tour is already without audio system, headphones, so its important to be as close as possible to hear what he/she is saying.

2. AFTER EXIT FROM CAMP -

get back on Your own back to the Parking lot - where i will be waiting for you and we will have around 20minutes break after the whole Tour before we will departure.
